Our Clinical Team

Steph has been a dental assistant since 2001. She is originally from Nebraska, attended dental assisting school there, and graduated from college in 2001. She worked as a pediatric assistant for 10 years before moving to Texas. Steph has been a valued member of our practice since 2011, working as a Registered Dental Assistant. With all her knowledge, she enjoys making our patients feel as comfortable as possible. Steph moved to Texas in 2010, with her family, while her husband was on active duty with the U.S. Army. She has been married to her husband, Chad, since 2003 and has 3 amazing children that keep her busy. She really enjoys spending time with family and friends and going to watch her kids play all their sporting events.

Ruth started as a dental assistant in 2015 at a practice in Temple. After returning to the Central Texas area in 2019, she began at Endodontic Associates of Central Texas and became a Registered Dental Assistant in 2020. She enjoys delivering a fast, easy, and laid-back experience to all patients (“30 minutes or less or your money back” -Dominoes™). Ruth enjoys sleeping on the weekends and fixing up her house with her husband. She spends a lot of time with their three cats, Hubert, Charles, and Augustus, and is working on making a catio area for them. She also enjoys taking her dog, Bardin, on daily walks and fails to brush him as much as he needs.

Melissa began her journey as a Registered Dental Assistant with Endodontic Associates of Central Texas in 1998. She enjoys ensuring that her patients are relaxed, comfortable, and feel heard at our office. She is a Texas native and has been in Killeen with her family for quite some time. Melissa’s favorite pastime is spending time with her children and grandbabies. She also has her two dogs, Cooper and Nugget, and two cats, Pepper Jean and Sammy Jo, that she enjoys.

<strong>Anna</strong>is a dedicated dental assistant who began her career in 2021 after completing her education in Missouri. Growing up Anna raised horses and cattle and has always been an active and passionate member of her community. She has extensive experience providing care to veterans, active-duty military personnel, and civilians. Following a recent relocation with her husband to Fort Hood, Texas, a service member, Anna is excited to bring her skills and commitment to patient care to Endodontic Associates. In her free time, Anna enjoys caring for her pets, cooking, baking, sewing, crocheting, and exploring Texas.
Annais a dedicated dental assistant who began her career in 2021 after completing her education in Missouri. <strong>Naje</strong> is a dedicated dental assistant of 14 years who values hard work, family, and creating a positive environment wherever she goes. She’s been happily married for 4 years and is a proud mom of three wonderful children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and making memories together. Fun fact: Naje is a dental assistant by day, but also creative at heart—she loves decorating, planning fun girls’ events, traveling, and turning ideas into something cute and memorable.

Rosa is a newly graduated dental assistant with a passion for learning, personal growth, and becoming the best version of herself. She’s been happily married for 5 years, and life is even sweeter with her two dogs—a boy and a girl who she absolutely adores. Outside of work, you’ll usually find Rosa enjoying the outdoors, discovering new hiking trails, taking photos of beautiful natural scenery, or trying new foods. One quote that truly resonates with her is from Maya Angelou: “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor and some style.”

Tawanna is a dedicated dental assistant with nearly 10 years of experience in the dental field, including 7 years specializing in pediatric dentistry. She recently joined the practice in the summer of 2026 and is excited to continue growing professionally while creating positive experiences for every patient and family she meets. Outside of work, Tawanna has been happily married since 2018 and is a proud mother of six children. She loves spending quality time with her family and has a true passion for planning and organizing all kinds of events. Whether it’s a birthday celebration, family gathering, or special occasion, Tawanna enjoys bringing people together and creating memorable moments.

 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend and colleague. Shana was an invaluable member of our team, deeply committed to those around her. Her contributions were essential to Endodontic Associates' dedication to patient care. She was not only a colleague but also a steadfast friend and source of support to everyone who knew her.

Barbara has been a Finance Coordinator with Endodontic Associates of Central Texas since 2009. In 2010, she became a Registered Dental Assistant. This additional certification allows Barb to further explain root canal procedures, insurance, and other payment options with patients. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones and is an avid animal lover. One day in the near future, she plans to swim with sharks!

She is originally from Sweetwater, Texas, and currently lives in Nolanville with her two sons, King and Josiah. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her boys and friends. She secretly loves to celebrate while eating a bag of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

Hailey has a passion for dentistry and making people smile. As a prior member of the U.S. Army, she brings a strong work ethic, dedication, and a caring heart to everything she does. She loves connecting with people and strives to make everyone she meets feel comfortable, welcomed, and cared for. Outside of work, Hailey loves spending time with her husband, their two dogs, family, and friends. She’s always up for a good seafood boil and enjoys making memories with the people she loves most.

He oversees all aspects of practice operations — from budgeting and analytics to patient experience, compliance, and training. Known for his calm leadership style, data‑driven decision‑making, and commitment to excellence, Will ensures the practice runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a warm, patient‑centered focus. His background includes senior roles in state‑level project management, transportation finance, and operational improvement, giving him a unique ability to blend strategic insight with hands‑on execution. Will holds an MBA from St. Edward’s University and a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. Outside the office, he enjoys family time, home projects, and contributing to community organizations.</p>
